Q: When will I receive my order? 

A: Please allow 2-4 business days (weekends or holidays not included) for your order to be processed. Shipping usually takes place 3-5 days after processing with USPS First Class Mail. 

 

Q: Can I cancel my order? 

A: NO, once an order has been placed, we do not allow cancelations.

Q: I entered the wrong address, what do I do? 

A: If you entered the wrong address please be sure to contact us within 24 hours of purchase.  

Q: My order says delivered but it's not here, why? 

A: If you did not receive your package and it says delivered to your address, contact your USPS with the tracking information provided.
